At KISS Products, we aimed to create a seamless bridge between brands and beauty consumers. Roundtable allowed users to test products, share feedback, and earn rewards, while brands gained valuable insights for future product development.

To understand what was holding users back, we conducted usability tests with 10 new testers in New York, focusing on our core audience: Black and Latina women.

  • 80% couldn’t easily find which projects they qualified for.

  • 90% didn’t know they were earning rewards.

  • 30% felt the survey process was too complex and time-consuming.

Separated "Live Projects" from "My Projects" for clearer distinction. Replaced chip filters with checkbox filters to improve readability and usability.

Enabled real-time tracking of user feedback & project status.

Provides an organized overview of active projects, highlighting key details such as project titles, reward points, and application deadlines. The application form is designed for clear and concise user input.

My Project Room

Allows users to track their ongoing and completed projects, view detailed information, and monitor earned rewards, facilitating easy reference and progress tracking.

Company Recognition

The Roundtable 2.0 redesign earned 2nd place in the Innovation category at the annual KISS Way Awards, recognizing its significant impact on user engagement and platform efficiency. Our team was awarded $1000 for this achievement.
